1. By submitting your details in the form above you are registering your interest in the selected course. Your enrollment is not complete until you have paid the required deposit.

2. Shortly after submitting the form you should recieve a confirmation email of your course registration, if you do not receive this email please check your spam folder or notify Katzmusic that you have not received it.

3. Your details will be recorded by Katzmusic and will be used for no other purpose other than to register and contact you about your selected course.
