Online Enrollment

This page is the online enrollment form for KATZMUSIC Courses. By submitting the form below you agree to the terms and conditions of online enrollment for KATZMUSIC courses.

1. By submitting your details in the form below you are registering your interest in the selected course. Your enrollment is not complete until you have paid the required deposit.

2. You will recieve a confirmation of course commencement email when the course has received the minimum number of participants required. You will be required to pay a deposit within 3 business days of receiving this email to ensure your place is secure. Your confirmation email will have a link to an information page which will give you options about how to make this payment.

3. Your details will be recorded by KATZMUSIC and will be used for no other purpose other than to register and contact you about your selected course.

4. You will be added to the KATZMUSIC mailing list and may recieve the occassional email from KATZMUSIC.
